They only use beef tallow to fry things.

In the fryer they use 100% beef tallow. When grilling, they use roasted garlic olive oil and butter. They occasionally use canola oil but can request not to.

They have 2 tallow deep fryers. They only use it for fries but will do wings and other items in it if requested.

Using beef tallow is us taking one more step towards eliminating all seed oils from our restaurants in the community we love.
